The Model 2715B active retiming Token Ring workgroup hub offers a scalable, cost-effective solution for small workgroups operating in mixed unshielded twisted pair (UTP) and shielded twisted pair (STP) cabling environments. Both UTP and STP connections can be mixed freely on the hub without sacrificing maximum lobe distances, delivering a flexible solution that takes advantage of all available twisted pair media.
