With sixteen twisted-pair ports, the hub meets the demands of most small workgroups. When there is need to expand the network, you can easily cascade multiple LCS-883R-T16 hubs or cascade with other smaller 10Base-T hubs, such as Longshine's 5-port LCS- 883R-T5 or 8-port LCS-883R-T8, through the cascaded UTP port or BNC port. The slim and light-weight case, less than one pound, allows the hub to be wall-mounted or placed in any desktop. Although its compact size, the hub supports all the features of a full-sized, standard 10Base-T hub, including automatic port partition, jabber function isolates network failure, polarity detection & correction, uplink port, and extensive diagnostic.
