The new Smart Ringswitch Express Select features an open chassis with 3 option slots for accessory modules. This allows customers to choose their own configuration of ports.

The Smart Ringswitch Express switch can provide up to 24 ports switching capacity with bandwidth to 200Mbps on full duplex Token Ring (Copper or Fiber) connections. Options include an OC-3 uplink for ATM backbones, Layer 3 IP Services and advanced protocol filtering and broadcast control capabilities to ensure maximum data efficiency and throughput for all demanding network environments.
