Netgear SW518 ... performance enables high-bandwidth applications such as multimedia, imaging, and video among workgroups. Best of all, the SW500 series Switches can be installed easily, with no costly upgrade to the Desktop/Network Interface Cards (NICs), software, or cabling.

Its small, 13-inch metal case design saves space on the desktop. Alternatively, a kit is included for 19" rack mount installation. Two uplink ports are provided to simplify network extension, enabling connection to other switches or hubs using standard, straight-through cable.
