In addition, each port supports IEEE 802.3X Flow Control for Full-Duplex operation and Back-Pressure support for Half-Duplex operation. Each TP port is Auto-Negotiation equipped and capable of Bridging 100Mbps segments with 10Mbps segments. The Auto-Negotiation function smoothly and automatically sets each port to operate at the fastest possible speed. The CNSH-1601's fiber port provides a DIP switch that can be set for 100Mbps or 200Mbps Forced Full-Duplex operations. No network configuration is needed for network attachment. To make either model operational, users only need to attach network cabling, then power "On". All ports are located on the front panel along with a wide range of diagnostic LEDs.
