Each PowerSWITCH port creates a separate network segment supplying dedicated bandwidth to connected workstations and workgroups over existing cable and NICs. All ports support full-duplex operation, doubling the available bandwidth without adding cost. 100BaseTX ports support auto- negotiation of 200/100/20/10Mbps network speeds. The 100BaseFX port allows data transfers over multi-mode 62.5/125 fiber and can extend the network to two kilometers.
