Up to 8 additional SV831D StarView switches can be daisy-chained for expansion as needs grow to control a maximum of 64 PCs. An On-Screen Display (OSD) feature allows PC selection from an on-screen menu of user-defined computer names. This switch's built in OSD security keeps unwanted users out.

The SV831D is designed to work with Dell, Compaq, IBM and HP servers, all PC notebook computers, and Compaq Alpha systems, ensuring a smooth and reliable operating experience. Connected systems are quickly switched between using fast-switch buttons.
