... different strip lights that are under the cupboards. It seems that each of the bulbs is a different length and some of them are even a completely different fitting! I am not sure whether the last owners of the house got the lights fitted at different times but it seems strange that the fittings are all quite different.

==Osram Lumilux L16/827 Strip Light== having this year moved into a new house there now seems to be something that is either broken or on the verge of breaking and needing replacing so we have never been so poor as we are right now and a major expensive seems to be light bulbs and their fittings! The kitchen of our new house is by no means new and will eventually need ripping out and replacing. However for now it is not too bad to live with and we opted to rip out the aubergine bathroom suite before touching the kitchen.
