Advantages: Can make photographs look brilliant

Disadvantages: To some people can be complicated at first.

When I bought this product I thought it would be extremely complicated to use. In all honesty, I love this programme but it takes a little patience to master but it really easy to pick up. I learnt how to use it in a few days and now I find it easy to use and know where every tool is and how to use them.

As I am doing a photography course, this programme is fantastic, I have been taking pictures of people and I can make their faces look flawless.

'Elements' is a smaller version of Photoshop which does limit the tools used but this is great as you still have all the great tools to play around with and is much cheaper - at £50 it is a great product for good money. Some may say this is expensive but when you are taking pictures of the family and they go wrong you can adjust them on photoshop to make them look a lot better and make them look great, these can be put in the family photo album.

People say for £650 cheaper than the full version of photoshop it must be a lot different but it really isn't. It does have a lot less features but still has a lot for the price.

The features include hue, saturation, brightness and a lot extras, this makes your photographs look a lot better and you can even fool people that they have been taken proffesionally.

To install, it only takes around fifteen minutes and is to be used on Windows XP with service pack 2 or 3 or Windows Vista with 1.5GB of available hard-disk space.

This is a new addition to Elements that Adobe have brought out, this is easy to use and have a variety of features. For the price of this software, I highly reccomend it.

I was extremely pleased with this software when I got it and still am. After using many of the photoshops around, this one is my absolute favourite.
