This is definitely not the most state-of-the-art image manipulation programs that one can come across. I consider it as a decent freebie suitable to carry out very basic image editing in absence of more powerful image/photo manipulation software. Quite frankly, I don’t think it was intended to compete with the higher standard programs. The only advantage in Imaging for Windows is that it takes a split second to load and it takes up very little RAM, unlike larger programs.
