I have just purchased Microsoft Photodraw 2000 v2,and i must say that i am very pleased with it.
Being a home user with limited experience using grapic's and design software i have found it very easy to use.
I found the user interface well laid out and easy to navigate,there are all the feature's you would expect to find in a proffesional package,the effects that can be put together can be stunning.
The help files are very good with step by step guides to help you get the results you want,if like me you like to click away and experiment it wont take long to acheive the effects you want this program is so user friendly.
