If you are a regular user of PowerPoint, you'll find PhotoDraw great for getting round some of the limitations of PPT. For example, the fill effects and transparency settings can be used to create much more interesting visual effects (eg overlapping circles with 'blended' colours) than are possible with Powerpoint alone. ... I gained this package through a MS student offer and it seems a perfect addition for use with MS Frontpage 2000. PhotoDraw 2000 comes as a package with Microsoft Office (Professional) 2000. Being mainly users of mainly Word2000, Excel 2000 and Paint Shop Pro 4 we didn't touch PhotoDraw. Being able to create perfect images is an achievement for any graphics program, but to get the average computer user to come anywhere near is a huge goal. The features in photo draw certainly make it a worthwhile addition to the desktop. But I'd personally place it as more of an advanced version of paint than a replacement for Photoshop, et al.
