	Epson Stylus Photo 900 ... printer for home use is all you would ever want. it prints high and i mean high quality images, which could be used for posters, cards etc. it just does whatever you want it to do. with a choice of print settings, including best photo which if the print heads have been cleaned etc. will give you stunning results! the ink is relatively cheap and easily obtained, with each cartridge keeping you going a fair while dependant on the amount of usage your printer receives. the price is also good, it can be picked up for under £100 in most places and the reliability of it is second to none. i think i have owned it for 3 years now with only small problems stopping it working.... 	Canon Pixma iP4600 ... first noticeable thing about this printer is the size! It is big especially considering it is not a laserjet printer. A big black plastic box is not something everyone will want in the vicinity of their computer expecially if it is in a frequently used room. However for a home printer it s worth looking at as the benefits and quality far out weighs the appearance. The new ink set-up is different to printers I have used in the past having not only a black and colour cartridge but separate cartridges for each colour. I much prefer this as invariably using a standard colour printer only one colour would run out and I would find myself replacing the entire colour cartri... 	Epson Stylus S20 ... with other reviewers, I found this a cheap but noisy machine. When it worked it was adequate but not exceptional. I bought quite a few spare genuine Epson cartridges to save time and money. Then the problems! In the middle of a job, it just stopped working. The error message was effectively Failure to recognise ink ! Epson Helpline most UNhelpful. Emails promised a call withing 24 hours - it took several days on each occasion. After the usual call-centre helpline runaround, the experts refused to accept my complaint, saying I must be using non-Epson cartridges or I d damaged the mechanism by interfering with it.
