Epson Stylus Photo R300 ... have had this printer for a while now and I can say its the best one I ever have had. The plus points are that you can get photo quality prints in minutes straight from your digital camera, has a slot for most memory cards or you can link through a cable or through your computer. It is quiet and quick but most of all reliable, i have never had any trouble with it despite using it on a daily basis. The downsides are the fact that original cartridges cost a small fortune (though which company doesn t charge far too much for their cartridges), the plus side is that there is a wealth of compatible ones that can be bought for a fraction of the cost. Canon Pixma iP3600 ... guess this printer is a decent quality printer with out all the stupid extras you dont really need! You won t find a flash memory card slot, or Wi-Fi connection or even a LCD . You get a nice and simple pictbridge port, plus power and pause/resume buttons on the front. It does however have two input trays - 10 x 15cm and A4 which is really handy! I have only one complaint and to be honest its the same complaint i have about all printers! It doesnt have a USB cable with it! So What ever you play for it your going to need to pay another £10 on top or find one spare lying around at home! Most sites have the printer between £60 and £80. Making The PIXMA iP3600 an afford... Epson Stylus Photo R2880 ... ordered myself an Epson R2880 from Amazon, they had almost the best price £499.99 delivered. At the time, they also had Epson 3 year extended warranty packs for £35, so I grabbed one of these too. The printer was delivered free in three days. Upon receipt and opening the massive box, it was instantly apparent that the R2880 is built really well. It has some real weight to it, and the panels all line up superbly. The opening top lid opens smoothly too and has some resistance to it, so does not just bag shut again.
