the cannon inkjet printer or bubble jet as they like to call them is the basic printer which is included in the bundle when you buy a new PC which is infact where we got ours. So if the likes of packard bell think enough of it to give it to their valued customers well.... This printer copes well enough with black and white text and black and white cartridge came with it colour wise things seem a bit jaded and washed out to me after the colour cartridge has been used for the first time. The annoying thing is that the manual suggests for best results you must use the specific cartrage and you guessed it there is one for photos one for general pics etc. On the plus side is its very quiet.
