Having used a Canon IP3000 for over a couple of years without fault, I had no worries about purchasing another Canon Printer. For the initial cost involved the IP4500 is an excellent quality printer. Out of the box it is very simple to setup and install. I find the software very easy to use and I particularly like the easy web print which makes it quick and simple to print web pages at a reduced size to fit the paper. Build quality is excellent and I like the option of 2 separate paper holders. This is a good printer to have in addition to your standard one. The Canon is firstly good for printing photographs in a variety of formats - * Single pictures up to 10cm by 15cm * Custom designed album pages * Calendars * Thumbnails, which could be used as labels or stickers Resolution is good at 9600x2400 dpi. It takes just over 20 seconds to print a 10x15cm borderless photo in Standard Mode. You can print photos directly from your PictBridge-ready digital camera or camcorder. Photos can be improveded with Auto Image Fix, which automatically enhances your photos. You can also apply Red ... Read the complete review
