... no reason, resulting in a replacement cartridge being neccesary and at £9+ per unit this is I feel a bad show on canons part. Printer is always cleaning itself which wastes an enormous amount of ink and the incessant orange fault light drives you mad with the various warning codes! On the plus side the print quality is second to none, and the various media capabilities are good. Im now going to try a continous ink system on the printer to try and reduce the running costs. Great printer when it works, but more expensive than my wife to run! The red and green cartridges are nearly impossible to get, the chips on the cartridges are very tempremental and quite often go wrong for no reason, resulting in a replacement cartridge being neccesary and at £9+ per unit this is I feel a bad show on canons part.
