Rating:

4 years ago I bought an e machine from PC World, included in the package a free printer, they gave me the Epson C40 a small standard 4 colour inkjet printer, one of a series. Mine still works and I use it as backup and less sophisticated printing (I updated to a 3 in 1 Epson CX3200 - the brand impressed me). I’m looking to sell it now I am more ...  Read the complete review

In a recent television series looking at the one hundred experiences people want to accumulate before they die, sitting up high was swimming with dolphins. Now, I can sort of understand that - if the opportunity arose I wouldprobably take it. However, just listen to the sounds they make - this is not the hauntingly echoing sounds of whales that ...  Read the complete review

You'd think that with an A-Level in computing I?d have a decent idea what to look for in a printer, no chance. When I went to get my latest printer (although a good few months ago now!!) I knew that I needed something that produced a decent level of quality print, was reasonably priced and fairly quick. Unfortunately knowing and understanding ...  Read the complete review

This printer is the fly on the cake. Maybe if I only used a printer once a month to print a journal entry or some unambtious text perhaps I could ...  Read the complete review

I have just scrapped a second c40 in less than a week! Both printers were from computer customers of mine one customer used it constantly until a change of cartridge required cleaning then after 2 cleans up came the message "parts inside your printer need serviceing or replacing" No choice here. A check with epson and invoice ...  Read the complete review

I've got to be honest, the reason I bought this printer is because I needed one for when I got my own place, and because it was ridiculously cheap! I went to Uni and decided to quit because I didn't like it there, roundabout the same time the printer I already had (an Epson Stylus 460) decided to quit too. It cost £150 when I ...  Read the complete review

I’ve never been a fan of Epsons myself. I’ve always much preferred Hewlett Packards, simply because of their reliability, but it was when looking out of a printer for a friend of mine, who really doesn’t know that much about computers that I came across the Epson Stylus C40. All the friend wanted was a printer that was ...  Read the complete review
