Advantages: Print Quality is great

Disadvantages: Paper load time

I have had my PC and all the accessories that were thrown in with it for 2 years now and I have never had a problem except with my Epson 400.

The actually quality with printer itself is great which is why I hold onto it, although I am looking to buy another (laser) soon.

The problem I have is the length of time it takes to load the paper, I thought ok maybe it is me he loads it wrong but my friend has one also and he came to have a look and said i was doing nothing wrong. but yet still problems with the paper loading sometimes I have 100 sheets in and it still won't feed it comes up with error paper empty?

I contacted the shop I bought it from and had it replaced with a new printer but still the same problem, any one out there know if maybe I am doing something wrong and maybe give some tips?
