Disadvantages: Unreliable, Expensive to run

Epson Printers.

Probably the most disappointing range of printers I have had the misfortune to use. As a company we use some 100 computers and printers through our head office network and I have to say that our experience of poor Epson product has been enlightening.
From the excessive head cleaning programmes which waste approximately one quarter of your ink cartridge to the general unreliability of the product have forced us to rethink our IT strategy.
Epson must pay some fantastic commissions to their agents because repeatedly we have had replacement machine after machine all with the Epson trade mark upgrading to this model and that model top solve the problems.
Well finally we found a solution we changed dealers and now we are using the excellent Hewlett packard products with loads of support and frugal ink usage.
So before you part with that cheque make sure it doesn’t say Epson on the box
