In the printing industry this printer is regarded as probably the fastest and most reliable out there.
As a person from the industry myself i rate this printer highly. If you want very fast printing speeds then this is the printer you need. It is capable of printing upto 1440dpi(dots per inch) and has variable settings in the easy to use Epson control centre. It can print over 4 A4 pages of text a minute and can quickyl print a high quality image in moments. Epson printers are fast becoming the printer to have as they can print excellent images at a fast pace onto various medias.
Regarded as photo quality you can print off all your photo`s and be very happy with the pictures you get.
You do not need expereince with a printer because the ease of use is much more than what the average person needs but can be there for when you need it.
Together with non-Epson cartridges from some ink cartridge manufacturers you can get pictures that out last photos.
Lasting longer than 20yrs and above with some inks you need never use a camera film any more. Using a digital camera then printing with this and archival ink sets, you then have something better than your average photo album.
This printer is the future of home printing and will be for some time.
