The new EPSON Stylus Photo 1200 is a BIG photo printer. How big? How does a 13" x 44" photos grab you? Well, the Epson Photo 1200 can output that size if you want it to. The whole unit is 22.8 inches wide! Not your average desktop printer for sure. This is one fast printer. The EPSON Stylus Photo 1200 can do an 8" x 10" print in just two minutes. The quality is amazing. We’re talking about photo prints highlighted by virtually continuous tone and super smooth gradations. The output resolution is a super high 1440 x 720 dpi. The printer uses ESPON's award-winning Micro Piezo ink jet technology and a 6-color ink palette of quick drying inks. Yes, 6 colors. It uses the standard 4 colors found in most ink jet printers but adds 2 more colors to do skin tone better than any other ink jet printer I've ever seen. The Photo 1200 come with EPSON Digital PhotoLab Pro software suite featuring Adobe PhotoShop 5.0 LE, the award-winning Test Strip color correction plug-in, and other plug-ins. Pretty much almost everything you need for expert photo editing, compositing, duplicating and reprinting. You can connect the EPSON Stylus Photo 1200 to a Macintosh computer using its built-in USB port or Serial port, or to a Windows PC using the USB port or standard parallel port. In addition, you can share the printer
