Advantages: Easy to use, good colour, and good photos even on normal paper

Disadvantages: none really

I had had for many years an old HP Printer that was a work horse. I wasn't sure that this 'little' printer would be rugged enough. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the results that I get from this. The printed documents are very crisp and clear. If you choose to print word documents in colour, then that too is very well done.

As for photos, I was very impressed with the quality of the printed image, even when I wasn't using photo paper. Unlike my old printer you didn't get that grainy look, so this was great as I wanted to send photos to the grand parents.

The cartridges are also a) readily accessible (you press a button and they slide to the middle of the printer and you lift a lid), but also easy to install as well. As I am not the most technical of people this is a definite plus.

Overall a nice printer, nothing flashy, but that is fine with me!

Summary: A good little printer that does what is says on the proverbial tin!
