Advantages: Looks good with small footprint. Works okay for very short period :o(

Disadvantages: Fails with INHERANT fault after a few prints - Black Cartridge Not Recognised. Epson service poor.

Avoid this Printer at ALL costs. I returned the first three S20's because after approx 1 week the printers wouldn't recognise the black cartridge as being compatable. This after printing maybe 3 sheets at the very most each time. I contacted Epson Technical Help and forcefully asked what they were prepared to do - they very reluctantly sent me another S20 on a collect and return basis. Today, it too has failed for exactly the same reason - black ink cartridge not recognised. This is the FOURTH printer which has exactly the same inherant problem. I will now attempt to get a refund before seeking a different printer. Dont say you haven't been warned. Come on Epson, come clean, admit it, this printer is an absolute disgrace! PS - one star is the minimum i can select, should be *ABSOLUTE ZERO* Please check other review sites to confirm for yourself.
