Well where to start? This printer was on offer so i thought i would purchase one in the hope i was getting a bargin. Wrong! It's so slow it's untrue, it's extremely loud and the ink cartridges run out very quickly, which in the end lead this printer not be a bargin, but a costly mistake. I have had Epson printers in the past which have always served me very well indeed, but this one is most definately one for printer heaven! When the cartridges ran out for the second time, i bought non-epson cartridges, hoping to save a bit of money, unfortunately these did not work after being told in the computer shop where i purchased them from that they should! I contacted Epson who were almost helpful but after much debate i decided to get rid of the printer and pay a little more for a new one, this time a non-epson one!! All in all this model is awful and isin't fit for sale to the general public, but as mentioned before i've had other Epson printers and they have been very good!
