Advantages: A3 printing, good quality prints

The Hewlett Packard Designjet 1280 printer is a very competent printer allowing printing of documents up to a size of A3. I have not had any difficulties using this printer and for certain applications the A3 option is very useful, for example in a design or graphic oriented environment. The quality of prints are good although a full colour A3 print does take its time in printing. The only caveats I have in relation to this printer are the cost of cartridges which can be expensive over time and because this is an A3 printer it does take up more space on a desk than an A4. The printer was easy to set up and came with full instructions. If A3 printing is a necessity to you then this printer is a great option. HP are a very reputable brand and this printer has that stamp of a good quality build.
