I've been very impressed up to now!! (HP Deskjet 710c)

Advantages: Couldn't be any quieter!, There is no other printer as sleek looking as this!!

Disadvantages: After the errors i keep getting, the HP help is totaly Useless

Since i bought a PC i have always used HP deskjet printers. The first printer that i had was a HP deskjet 500c this was a brilliant little printer that only printed black but was still very quick and quiet. When i wanted a colour printer i went in search of the cheapest best quality printer that i could afford for the price of £100. I found that this HP printer was exactly £100 and was even photo quality.

Now I have owned my 710c printer for 12 months and was still very impressed by its quality and its output. Recently i have had many problems with printer cartridges, this is an error that occurs allot at the moment with my printer which says that my cartridges are inserted incorectly, After purchasing more than 3 sets of colour and black cartridges i have e-mailed HP to see what they have to say with this problem and have now been waiting for a grand total of 4 weeks. This has turned to be a very big pain for me as my University course work has to be printed up.

In acceptance of the problems i have had with this certain model of the HP series i think i would still use this company for future printers i buy. This is because of the quality and quietness of its opperations.
