Advantages: High quality prints, High quality machine
Disadvantages: Bit slow
Holy Moly! A printer this cheap thats acctually good! Yes its true. I've got one and i love it! Cost me about £70 a while back now, And it the best money ive ever spent! I really didnt expect the results i got. I takes a little while for the machine to print, Nothing major mind, Just a little slower than more expensive models. Especialy when printing straight of the web. But the overall quality is fine, Photo quality? Well mmm... Yes but don't look too close! It can all depend on the paper you use i suppose! But for the home user the print quality will be more than enough. The black print quality mind is faultless, Text comes out crisp and bold. The print cartridges are quite expensive, Your looking at about £20-£25 for a genuine HP cartridge, But it really is worth paying out for the best, As they really last a long time, You will be amazed! The only problem i have ever had with it is that maybe the paper tray could hold a little more paper? But thats it really! Easy to use, Easy to set-up, Good software. Just buy it!

- 09/07/02 Nice, aren't they? I've got a 940c which is much the same, and it's done very well indeed. The colour carts dry up all too quickly, though. Good first op - keep it up! |
