Advantages: two side printing

Disadvantages: rollers leave marcks on paper

I am very disappointed with the HP 930C.
About black and white, or even colour on graphic, it is fine!
I like the possibility of printing both side, and see the level of the cartridges, good!

But when I want to print colour photograph, come the bad news.
There is no way to predict how the printer will take in the sheet of HP Photo paper,
you get photographs not centre, or even some time crumpled.
No wonder they add a jam tray at the back to unlock the printer when it goes wrong.
And if I use different paper like ICI, (that is sensational with my Canon printer), after three days the colour had faded away, and after a week it is an embarrassment.
You cannot print several photographs in two or three passages, the rollers will ruined the precedent printing.
First I bought an HP 840C and changed for the 930C for the two side printing, but what a price to pay! Why I did not trust my friend, who is so happy with is Epson 760.

The problem you are having with the prints not being the same size as your paper is a software problem, not the printer. I was having this trouble yesterday when a friends helped me fix it by opening a new file in Adobe Photoshop & specifying the dimensions of the file to be the same as the paper size. With regard to photo quality, it is excellent. Looks just like a real photograph & hardly uses any ink to do so. Drying time is minimal too. Maybe try playing around with the settings on your print setup when you press print in Photoshop.
