This is a very stylish piece of hardware, and you will not want to hide it away under the computer desk. with this printer you will also be getting a good reliable brand name, which you can trust. if things do somehow go wrong you know you won't be left in the dark. The printer costs around £150 or $200US and is definately worth the money. firstly because the print quality is brilliant, probably the best you can get from an inkjet printer. you can achieve a maximum resolution of 1200x2400 dpi. This is more than enough even if you want to print on photo paper. On the front there are two seperate slots, one for envelopes and the other for photos. As well ... Read the complete review

This is a fantastic, high quality, excellent value printer. The text printing is sharp and the photos are very clear (although I don't think they are up to real photo standard - I haven't yet seen any inkjet printed photos that are). My main reason for writing this is to point out that there is currently (May 2001) an excellent printer and scanner bundle available. The scanner is the HP ScanJet 5370C. If you have decided on this printer and you are also looking for a scanner then this is definitely one to look out for. The bundle is available direct from HP as well as other suppliers. I bought it from Dabs a couple of months ago and ... Read the complete review

For a comparatively inexpensive printer the HP950c is great value for money. It prints 11.5pages per minute black and white and 9.6pages per minute in colour. The precision and quality of the mono printing is excellent, on most inkjet printers you can sometimes have a blurred edge to the letters yet creates clear characters without having to spend loads on some fancy paper. The colour is exceptional, when printing it gives you the option whether to have, draft; normal or best quality print. It is quite difficult to distinguish between the best and normal on average paper. However if you use high quality inkjet paper the difference isn’t remarkable but it ... Read the complete review

This is an excellent colour printer for the price. I got my for about £150 and is a massive improvement to my last printer. Colour printing using photo quality paper gives the best results for pictures, and gives excellent results. The speed of the printer is quite good, and it's not too noisy. There is even a niffty tray for using and printing normal size photo's. although I can't see much use for this. For me the only let down is that mine always feeds through paper every time I turn it on. (and then jam's) As yet I haven't managed to resolve this problem (but I'm working on it) ...
