Advantages: Speed, Reliability, Quality of Prints, Price

Disadvantages: Photo Prints Are Nothing Special

Of all the printer manufacturers in the world, HP is the only, and i mean the only, manufacturer that sells inkjet printers that work when you want them to. You plug it in switch it on and your away. Just like that. And the K5400 is no exception to that rule.
I must point out, that it is quite big, simply because to the features it encases. For a start: the inks are in separate cartridges and are liquid as opposed to soaked into a sponge - this is why other printer's cartridge's don't last as long. The print heads are in two separate modules, meaning the cartridges are cheaper and the head never get clogged. This makes the K5400 one of the most advanced printers out there and one of the most reliable.
Print speeds live up to HP statements. Quality of documents printed in economy mode are still of high quality making professional results cheap to produce. Cartridges last around 500 pages and cost anywhere from £6 to £12. Print heads are about £30 each (two required) and last an incredible 41,500 pages!
Quality of prints cannot be faulted. The photos could need a tiny bit more depth to their colour, but for documents with colour and text this really is a fantastic printer. Available for around £65 you cant fault it, whether a home or business user buy one and you'll wonder why you brought anything else.

Sorry, can't agree with you. I've just spent 3 days with HP Technical Support over a problem with one of theor printers, during which time they've had me reinstall the software 4 times. They now finally admit that there's a bug in the driver.
