Although a business printer, this is highly unreliable. The version with duplexing unit and extra paper feed tray has proven to be utterly redundant: almost without exception my printer simply cannot find paper that has been loaded into the additional feed tray. Photo paper also causes problems: in my printer it slips, slides and often gets chewed (which can negatively impact upon the printheads).

I truly dislike this printer. I have been buying printers made by HP since my dad first bought me a portable printer to take to university with me nearly 14 years ago. Through colour, inkjet vs toner, psc versus photo printer, business versus personal machine, I have stayed brand-loyal ever since. However, if this had been my first venture into HP printers I would never have bought another. Although a business printer, this is highly unreliable.
