Advantages: reliable
Disadvantages: ink usage
Good value for money!
I bought this printer about one and a half years ago. I do not remember how much I paid for it but you can now buy it online from about just 20 pounds.
So I ve been using it for more than a year now and it never let me down. I have never used it to print actual pictures but the quality of print outs is very good for an inkjet printer!
The only problem with this printer seems to be that it uses quite a lot of ink. I have now my second ink set in use and it is empty again! To be fair, I printed quite a lot with it and I think the high ink usage is common among all inkjet printers.
As I said, the quality of text and image printouts is good, I have not tested pictures taken with a digi cam.
It comes with all the necessary software which is really easy to install and also runs on vista (also on earlier versions).
The printer also has a nice coulour display and the menu is very intuitive and easy to use.
So if you do not want to spend too much money on a printer, this might be a good choice.
