... the first few months it was very reliable and reasonably quick. Then it broke down and no ink would print. even though we tired 3 new incartrages, we then took it to have repaired and since it has broke again 2 more times. I spoke to a number of people i know with the same printer and both have suffered similar problems. I wouldn't ever buy a lexmark ever again!...more

When i first bought this printer, it was very easy to set up, the cartrages are very easy to change and is very simple to use. In the first few months it was very reliable and reasonably quick. Then it broke down and no ink would print. even though we tired 3 new incartrages, we then took it to have repaired and since it has broke again 2 more times.
