I got one of these printers as part of my laptop package (an amilo L fujitsu/siemens from comet) I had an old lexmark some years ago and wasnt to impressed with its quality or speed only good thing was its price tag. This is a photo quality version and uses two ink cartridges so will cost you more to replace ! a little tip is to not place the photo cartridge in unitl you actually need to do photo printing as it can still use the ink if your not careful.
