Advantages: Nice looking, good performance

Disadvantages: Expensive cartridges, not many prints per acrtridge

After 'growing up' with HP deskjets, after getting a new computer system recently, I had a Lexmark Z11 thrown in with the package.

It is a good looking printer, looking much more expensive than it's retail price I would hazzard a guess. It is light, very quiet, very quick (much more so than my old deskjets) and I am so far well satisfied with it's performance.

In three weeks I haven't had one paper jam touch wood) and I am well impressed with the quality of printing - even on the economy print.

I like the way it operates a voice on your system to tell you when it's starting, finishing or out of paper. Very useful if you are away from your desk or the printer's imediate environment.

My only minor peeve is that the replacement cartridges are THE most expensive at my local stationary superstore AND you don't seem to get many prints per cartridge!
