We were desperate to buy a printer as in the 2 years we've had a computer we had not got around to buying one but the problem we had was were didn't have much money so we chose the lexmark Z11 and Im very glad we did.
Right from the very start it's been so easy to use , to start with it was a very quick and easy set up and then away you go. Even an idiot can use it (and I can vouch for that lol)
The printing is top quality and at 1200dpix1200dpi it can give near photo quality. Of course you can change the Dpi setting as you don't need it that high for documents and I think this is why some people think that the printing quality isn't so great as they haven't changed the options,
Its also a very quick printer and we got a free Disney design studio with it which is great for the kids as they love to make there own cards and bookmarks etc.
But by far the best feature of this printer is the price at under £70 you really cant go wrong can you.
