I am writing as a UK distributor for InkTec's multi award winning inkjet refill kits. I have found that after extensive testing of all types of printer cartridges InkTec refill kits 99.9% of the time offer superb print quality that is on par with the OEM cartridge. I am sorry that the original writer of the review had a problem but occasionally a few people do have problems when they refill. This is in most cases caused becuase the cartridge has been left empty and when it is eventually refilled the old ink has dried on the nozzles and blocked them up. Good choice if you want a printer for mainly plain text but with occassional use of colour - Advantages: Relatively cheap, Excellent black text printing on plain paper - Disadvantages: Poor colour matching for photos, ink cartridges quite expensive, No longer manufactured - replaced by Z53

Check no farther, this £180 color printer can be found for only £70.99. This is a bargain for an inkjet printer that prints in a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. (Dots Per Inch) Another thing to look at is a replacement cartridge in black is about $29.95 and the tri-color cartridge is about $36.95, which comes to a total of $66.90. If size meant quality, the new Lexmark Z51 ought to be pretty good. Lexmark's new top of the range colour ink-jet is almost twice the size of its slimline predecessor, the 5700. With the Z51, Lexmark has introduced a new colour ink cartridge which can deliver the smallest ink droplets yet - just 7 pico-litres each.
