I am writing as a UK distributor for InkTec's multi award winning inkjet refill kits. I have found that after extensive testing of all types of printer cartridges InkTec refill kits 99.9% of the time offer superb print quality that is on par with the OEM cartridge. I am sorry that the original writer of the review had a problem but occasionally a few people do have problems when they refill. This is in most cases caused becuase the cartridge has been left empty and when it is eventually refilled the old ink has dried on the nozzles and blocked them up. However we have now been distributing InkTec in the UK and sold thousands of refills over the past 12 months and we always offer a full refund or repalcement guarantee, we have only had 3 refund incidents in this time.
InkTec refills do work and in my own HP office jet G55 printer I am on my 7th refill with the colour cartridge and 12th with the black with no compromise on print quality.
All those in the consumables business will agree that many new OEM cartridges have problems and that refilling does work if you do it properly with a specially designed kit that is simple to use.
