This machine when compared to the other lexmarks in its series, is not a great improment. The speed is not greatly improved an the resolution sure isn't. The one thng that is ood about lexmarks in general is the price of the printer. Then the consumables are where the money is.

The reason why i would say interesting is, the looks and he quality of the product. Also the quality of the en product, the print out. It is clear, crisp. The ink dry's to a fairly high standard.

The downfalls are the cost of cartridges fairly high. Wherever you go. It is as you know the printhead built into the cartridge which up's the cost. So really its whether you mind buying the printhead everytime. One thing that can be said, is that it greatly improves the quality of the output.

So all in all if you don't mind the price of the consumables and want a cheap printer this is a good one.

I there for feel that it will sell. Purely because the small cheaper printers do, more to do with space saving than anything else. But won't be a big seller.
