I recently bought a olivetti jp192 at staples warehouse. After six weeks it became faulty with the paper going into the printer at an angle which caused the paper to jam due to one of the rollers not working. I rang up staples about the printer, They told me to ring up olivetti which I done.

I explained to customer servies about my fault on the printer, They told me to take all the leads out and the ink printhead, A courrier will bring you a replacement out and collect your faulty printer tomorrow. They arrived the day they said they would.I was very pleased how olivetti customer servives handled my complait.Its a pitty that the printer wasn't as good as it's customer services.
