I go through mouse mats really quickly as I work a lot online and usually sit at the computer with a cup of coffee, not only do I spill my coffee sometimes leaving a dark ring around the top of the mouse mat but I absent mindedly pick the material at the sides of the mouse mats while I'm weaiting for emails, or web pages to load. this isn't a good habit and I ususally average a mouse mat every few months.
I bought this Fellowes Mouse Pad just before christmas and now I am looking around online for another one but a solid one with no material on the top so I can't pick it off. This mouse mat cost me £3.75 from amazon and although I have recked it they are good value for money if your going to look after then properly.
They are 1/8"H x 9"W x 8"D which is an average size for a mouse mat and it sits nicely on my computer desk with lots of room to move my mouse around on it. The mouse glides around smoothly enough.
It has a the name of it at the bottom right hand side and has a thick foam like material on the bottom to help it stay where it's placed and not slip around as your using the mouse.
You can get them in three colours, black , blue and grey and I got the black one as I spill thing on it sometimes, so this is the best colour for me to have.
All in all it's a durable mouse mat and at a cheap enough price for anyone's pocket.
I won't be buying another one as I'm looking for something more solid and chunky that I can't distroy so easily by picking the edges off it.
if your looking for a mouse mat thats affordable and basic then this one is good value.
They are always in stock at amazon and you can buy then at shops in town like Maplins or P C World.
They get a 7 out of ten from me.
