The Kensington height adjustable gel keyboard rest is a comfortable way of typing or using your mouse. That's the reason I got one of these even though I don't use it much now. The keyboard rest consists of a comfortable gel pillow which is a conveniently designed mould to adapt the shape of your wrist. This distributes the pressure you apply more evenly. Kensington Height Adjustable Keyboard and Mouse Rest I bought this on Amazon for £14.32 June 06. This comes with a large black pad surface to place keyboard, mouse pad/mouse, with the fitted dual height adjustable base. I found the wrist/mouse pad was fitted finely into place on the pad surface. The black gel pillow was a bit too hard for me while resting my wrist on it. The gel pillows are simple to remove, just turn the base over and replace the pillows to use the short or higher height.
