Whilst work was being carried out to the air-conditioning system at work I used to use the Lindy keyboard cover to protect my keyboard from attracting dust and muck. The cover is PVC and has red detailing around the edges. I like the quality of the cover, as it has lasted a number of years now, and is very easy to wipe clean if it does happen to get dirty.
An anti-static agent is incorporated into the construction of the cover, and this helps repel the settlement of dust and cause no static electrical charge when placed on or removed from keyboard. the PVC material is translucent which allows you to still be able to see the keyboard when the cover is on, but it isn't for typing whilst the cover is on. You can get covers for that, but this one is purely for protecting the keyboard whilst not in use, and for that purpose it does the job very well indeed.
A worthwhile purchase and one that is built to last, at just a few pounds they are worth the expense to protect your keyboard against damage from the spilling of liquids upon it, and will ensure your keyboard lasts longer. Unfortunately, these covers are hardly seen used because keyboards are becoming a lot cheaper and are better constructed than they used to be, you could also say that about this cover.
