The best joystick i have seen used to date. The throttles is positioned in the most ideal place where the thumb can manipulate it easily. You will be surprised to see that no other joystick manufacturer does this. More often than not they are positioned in places where you have to completely remove your hand to adjust it or clumsily use your other palm. There oare trim buttons (for electric trimming). The joystick is nicely weighted so it stays reasonably sturdy unless you are flying a fighter combat mission which requires some unbelievabe unrealistic flying manoevers. Downside?
