A small rant against Axa France and the worst level of customer service I have ever received.

My motorcycle is insured with Axa France. Unfortunately the bike was stolen on 6th February 2007. The bike was recovered the following day. Over five months later and I still haven't been refunded for the cost of repairing the bike!

I am a British expatriate living in France. A brand should offer the same level of service everywhere in the world. I no longer have confidence in the AXA brand, regardless of location.
