... seem to have had some quite poor reviews on here so not sure if I ve been lucky with them - I am insured via a broker with AXA for my buildings and contents insurance. I am covered for the usual things, accidental damage, cost of rebuilding and so on. I have never had any need to claim on insurance before but a few weeks ago a leak in my bathroom caused my kitchen ceiling to come down, unfortunately landing on my head! Once I had gotten over the shock, I dug out my insurance documents and found the claim line number. It was about 8pm and I got through very quickly, only waiting a few minutes. ... is a great company that gives you insurance for motor vechiles and comercial veicheles like taxis and also companies that have a fleet of vans on the road. They also give you a good service on home and travel insurance and also pet insurance. I only use this company for my car insurance I have had not had a problem with this company and also I have had a claim in with the insurance company from a car accident and they dealt with everything it was a stress free period were as other times I have been insured with other companies it was a stresful time it was as if I was doing all the work. They are always on your side and i like this company when I came around to renew...

Max AXA Insurance
... Not use AXA Insurance. It is as simple as that. Read all the reviews, the only people happy are those that never had to claim. My cover is payment protection insurance against my mortgage through Britannia and provided by Axa. I am covered for redundancy, sickness, accident and death. I was made redundant in April 2009 which AXA accept. I then had an operation, they claim this supersedes redundancy. ~Note I am covered for accident and sickness. They are trying to claim that because I have had knee problems before, it was a pre existing condition and they don t cover it.
