Advantages: None whatsoever, just grief

Disadvantages: Do not care about any issues & don't offer any advise on job completion times etc etc

Don't sign up to the Whatever happens cover support it's just a huge cash drain & con

21 days & still waiting for a telly to be repaired (or at least some news to what's going on) & all I'm getting is involved in a blame game & getting shoved from pillar to post without any concrete results. You try & complain to someone & all you get stuck with is someone on the end of the phone sounding like a stuck record

It's obvious from the contact I have had so far with the Whatever Happens operatives that NO one gives a squat to the Whatever Happens customers as long as you keep paying them money for the alleged service they are supposed to offer do not get involved & try & find a better service elsewhere would be my advise if you feel you need product breakdown cover

Summary: Rubbish & a big cash drain
