I had my laptop in my backpack when I slipped on the ice damaging the screen. I send it in to get repaired on the 8th of December. I finally got it back just after new year but now after the screen being replaced, had new faults with it. Long story short, they "repaired" it 3 times and every time I got it back it wasn't repaired. Every time it got back to the workshop a write off request was put in but rejected on the grounds of the unit not being in the workshop, which is untrue. The last time I received it back it said operating system not found and no hard drive detected. So I send it off again. Now the chief engineer is going to look at it to access if there is a fault. Why!?!? There obviously are! It has been twice as long as the 28 days they say they will fix it in or replace it. And still no laptop 43 days later!! Disgraceful!!
