I bought my laptop in 2006 been paying what ever happens agreement since.my laptop has had been in workshop for broken hinge no sound,i've waited 21 days now today,i have phoned quite a few times after waiting ages in a cue,all they say its in our workshop for repair,it was returned today as the delivery driver took it out the box i spotted the hinge still broke i couldnt beleive it i open it and when i opened it i noticed the screen is now also cracked the driver said looks like i'll be back again tomorrow.cor i'm so fuming now i was straight on the phone in cue again for about half hour they've said earliest it can be booked in for collection is sat 3 days time then i'll have to wait and ring in another 3 days after that.it should be called what ever happens happens we dont care less.
